SMS Alert
We have integrated SMS alert services to NetNaira. This will help in improving your security. It also eases passcode and security question/answer retrieval.
SMS alerts are sent when you load, withdraw, request passcode and security question/answer and more.
More exciting is the fact that you have full control over your SMS. You can choose the activities in your account that would trigger SMS alerts to be sent to your phone. To change the default settings-
1. log into your Netnaira account
2. Navigate to your SMS alert Settings located under your profile panel
3. Mark checkboxes beside the account activities that you want to trigger SMS alerts to be sent to your phone
4. Save the changes you have made.
SMS alerts are sent whenever the checked activity/activities occur on your account.
